Once before we did a torque test of podger ratchet, no. 3 size 19mm x 22mm which is popular for European market and American market. The result is 682N-m as max, we thought the number would be higher.

Problem is reversible claw--it broke when torque number is up to its max, we thought special alloy material claw is strong enough, but the truth is not good enough, our goal is making 682N-m as safe number.

So we discussed this to our partner for the claw, we want our claws to be as strong as we expected. Then our partner made their new offer of updated ingredients of alloy steel which is used to make the claws, hope we can get better news when we did next torque test.
